Maury High School is one of the city’s finest examples of civic architecture. Preservation of the historic building does not preclude the construction of a new modern school. Send an email to the School Board asking for an alternative.
Norfolk Preservation Collective (NPC) is a volunteer-led organization founded in 2019 with a mission to educate, advocate, and celebrate historic preservation in the city of Norfolk, Virginia.
Our vision is to promote the positive impacts of preservation in our city, and to bring together a diverse and inclusive network of residents, professionals, and businesses interested in history, architecture, place, and community.
